Looking to Visit?
The corner of 3rd Ave. and Oregon Ave. in the Harrison West neighborhood of Columbus OH. A few block south of OSU Hospital. |
You're always welcome to joint on Sunday mornings at 11am for our Weekend Worship Services. We have a simple service format that includes prayer, scripture reading, a little bit of music, and some teaching. Our services typically run about 45 minutes. Pastor Terry Hofecker is our primary teacher for Sunday mornings, but Pastor Josh and Pastor Paul will on occasion take up that task. Check out our TEAM page to find out a little about the background of our teachers.
Our building is over 100 years old, with stained glass windows that were installed in the mid-1900s. An interior renovation was done in the early 2000s that updated the kitchen and bathroom facilities on the lower level. Because of the age of the building, and how it was constructed, it can be a little difficult to get around if stairs are a problem for you. If you let us know you are coming and we'll be happy to help you navigate the building however we can, but unfortunately every entry way into the building is going to involve having to go up or down some stairs, so please keep that in mind when planning. |
Another thing to plan for is time for parking. Agora doesn't have a parking lot, so if you live far enough away that you need to drive, you'll have to find street parking. Parking almost always seems to be available with a block or so of the building, but sometimes it is a little difficult to find. You might want to add 5 or 10 minutes to your planned travel time to park and get into the building. Handicap parking is available right next to the church building.
